Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal information ReliefLine collects through our website at reliefline.ai and our demo-booking process, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the handling of calls, recordings, and transcripts we process for a client's customers and callers once a client is live — that is governed by the separate services agreement between ReliefLine and that client.
ReliefLine AI LLC is based in Encinitas, California, United States. If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at privacy@reliefline.ai.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a demo: your name, business email address, phone number, company name, and a record that you agreed to be contacted (including the date and time of that agreement).
- When you email or otherwise contact us: whatever you choose to include, such as details about your business or your questions.
Information collected automatically
- Server and usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is logged by our website host in the ordinary course of operating the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4.
Information from third parties
- Our scheduling provider (Cal.com): processes your booking and passes us the details you entered when you picked a time.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive categories of information through this website.
2. How we use your information
- To schedule, prepare for, and hold the demo you requested — including building a sample of the service on your listings and sending you the recording.
- To contact you about that demo and about ReliefLine's services, by email, phone, and — only if you separately agreed to it — text message.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where the laws of your location require a legal basis to process personal information, we rely on: your request and our steps to respond to it (to schedule and hold the demo); our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business in a proportionate way; your consent (for text messages, and for any non-essential cookies where required); and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking
The website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential: to keep the site secure and working.
- Scheduling: the embedded Cal.com booking tool sets its own cookies so the scheduler can function.
- Fonts: we load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the IP address of visitors' browsers when the fonts are requested.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
5. How we share your information
We share personal information only as described here:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cal.com | Scheduling the demo and sending calendar invites and reminders. |
| Netlify | Hosting the website and serving pages. |
| Our email provider (IONOS) | Sending and receiving our correspondence with you. |
| Retell AI | The voice technology behind the ReliefLine service; involved when we build a demo on your listings. |
| Professional advisors, and authorities | Where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, or security reasons, or to comply with a lawful request. |
| A successor entity | If ReliefLine is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not exchange your personal information with third parties for money or for their own marketing.
If you opt in to receive text messages from ReliefLine, your phone number and opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
We keep demo-booking and contact information for as long as we are in contact with you about ReliefLine and for up to 24 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for a shorter period in the ordinary course of operating the site. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about a demo you booked are not marketing.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- Phone: tell us on a call, or email privacy@reliefline.ai, and we will stop calling you.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us and we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents have the right to: know and access the personal information we have collected about them and how we use and disclose it; request deletion of their personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@reliefline.ai with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where required.
Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as those laws take effect) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not profile you. To exercise any right available to you, email privacy@reliefline.ai; we may need to verify your identity, and where a law provides an appeal process we will tell you how to appeal a declined request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Where your information is processed
ReliefLine operates in the United States, and our service providers are primarily in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
